The Melting Pot, a local restaurant located in downtown Colorado Springs, has been giving back to the community all year.  Each month, they chose a non-profit agency to receive a portion of their profits for the month.  This month, Catholic Charities is the recipient.  A dollar from each ” Big Night Out” and selected wine bottles sold is donated to the agency.  Additionally, patrons have the option to donate on their restaurant bill.

Tracy Carlson, co-owner with her husband Steve, says, “With the recession and job losses, people need help more than ever!  Catholic Charities is just one of the places where people down on their luck receive help.”

Thank you Steve and Tracy for supporting local agencies help those in our community who need help the most.  Now, lets all go out for some fondue!
