Pikes Peak United Way presented Catholic Charities (CC) with an Excellence Award for demonstrating outstanding excellence in the in-house United Way campaign.  To receive this award, an agency must have at least 75% participation from employees and either $100 per capita or a 35% increase over the previous years campaign.

Catholic Charities actually had a 155% participation rate, as 100% of CC staff,  some employees of the Diocese of Colorado Springs, and Catholic Charities Board of Director members participate in the CC in-house campaign.  In fact, the number of participants from these groups increased 7% over the previous year and total dollars contributed to United Way increased 48% over the previous year.

Catholic Charities is a member organization of the Pikes Peak United Way and receives funding from the organization based on designated contributions, the community fund and grants. Thank you to all who support this wonderful organization.
